Peppermint Mocha frappe is so good! The coffee is a good rich flavor.

Holy goodness this place is good. If you happen to be in the area please do your self a favor and get something from here. A whole lot better than Starbucks ever thought about being.

Disappointed in the apathetic cashier. She seemed bothered that we walked in. Coffee was good, but the service/atmosphere could be improved. I would not return or recommend.

The staff was very nice and the service was fast! I went two days in a row and I very much recommend the vanilla coconut iced coffee it was delightful. The second day I got a wild berry smoothie and don’t get me wrong the flavor was good but after ten minutes it started foaming and it was the right texture as a smoothie so I wouldn’t recommend.

I am a big-ole iced coffee fan. Back home in Knoxville, I usually head on over to the local Dunkin Donuts for a nice mocha iced coffee with the turbo shot. This past weekend was like a spiritual awakening. When we didn't feel like walking up the entire strip to get to Dunkin, we decided to stop halfway and "settled on" this lil spot.Both myself and new fiancee ordered a double mocha iced espresso. These things taste like the sweat of some beautiful chocolate goddess. We came back three times in two days. I almost wish I could live closer to experience this more often.

Excellent service, super friendly staff, and the best cafe mocha I’ve ever had. The blueberry muffins and banana bread are out of this world. Definitely stop by this place.

While visiting Gatlinburg we stopped one morning at Burg Coffee to grab a drink. My wife ordered the dirty snowman which consists of white chocolate, hazelnut and peppermint, while it tastes good it was overly sweet and lost all coffee flavor. I ordered a double small mocha and it was borderline too sweet even with an extra shot of espresso but did taste good even though in hindsight I should of just ordered a double cappuccino. I would probably go back again just will be careful with the flavorings.

Were not open during scheduled hours, a local told me “they never open when they are supposed to, they come and go as they please” so I went to The Donut Friars they were open.

Great little spot tucked away off the main drag in downtown Gatlinburg. I got drip coffee, the medium roast, and my companion ordered a latte. We are both quite happy sitting at the high top table watching the world outside and the patrons inside. Server was very sweet, I didn't ask where she was from but she sounded eastern European. She and the other employee worked quickly to keep drinks coming and people happy. They have a variety of baked and prepackaged goods to eat as well as whole beans to take with you.

Absolutely awesome coffee. Small family owned business. Great coffee, owners are personable and likable! Will definitely be back! Thanks guys!

Visited Burg's on 2/29/2020 and the gentlemen was very nice. Went back this morning. Got there 2 minutes before 9:00, the door was open so I went in. I asked if the store was open the guy said to give them 5 minutes. The other person, a woman, gave me an ugly look. I went back outside to wait. When I came back in the woman said to the guy - -I'll wait on her. I apologized for coming in even though door was open. The woman said in an ugly tone - the open sign was not on. Very rude and the comment was unnecessary. I will not patronize Burg's again. There was no reason for the woman to be rude to me so I went a much more pleasant coffee shop to spend my money.

Stopped in on a cold morning, our group got coffee, hot cider and hot chocolate. All of it was really good. We were all nice and toasty when we left.

This place was small and cozy, it was a good place to pass some time. I wouldn’t say the espresso is the best, but the had traditional macchiatos, which I loved. The smoothies are bomb.

Really great coffee and tasty pastries and other items.This is a small local coffee shop and I always love stopping by here. They use great quality beans and really do a great job in making a very good cup of coffee. I personally enjoy their hot mochas. It's a small place and cozy. Service is always prompt and friendly. Prices are reasonable as well. Stop by for a cup!

Best cappuccino. Perfect combination. Just the right amount of coffee, cremer and sugar. It's also in between many attractions on the Gatlinburg downtown. Small place but has wide range of coffee and chai at decent prices. Also you may like to try their brownie. Seating is available but prefer to take away and walk with your mug of coffee and enjoy.

Hands down my favorite coffee ever. I always get the Almond latte in a girl from Russia named Stacey is the one who makes it. If she's there then you're in luck. We live in Gatlinburg so we love to come down here and just sit outside and drink our lattes. They must have different varieties that they brew because once we came and it was nice and strong and the second time we came and it wasn't very strong. We prefer them were strong. But it was always a nice treat.

I'm sure Burg coffee is wonderful.I am sorry for posting this here,don't mean to imply this has any connection to the coffee shop however you should let your management company no bathrooms that complex are atrocious. For a place so modern and high-tech it was terrible.I work construction and have seen some pretty bad porta potties.... Yikes!!!

Customer service was terrible. Staff was not helpful at all. Coffee taste like sugar water.

Original, fun menu items. Nice place to take a break from the crowd. Both almond and soy milk available, as well as a variety of sugar free flavors.

This small, quaint cafe is a good place for a fresh cup of coffee. Open early, you can enjoy a hot cup while waiting for the stores to open. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They don't have bathrooms available, but public rooms can be found right around the corner. The small shop doesn't leave a lot of room for a crowd or a wheelchair. Also if you don't like sitting on stools, you'll want to take your coffee outside where benches can be found. Still, I recommend this place for a quick cup.

Coffee will be great if we made to get any, we arrived Saturday evening at 9:30 and gentleman with beard told us they are closed, when him and dark hair female employee was going out I asked why don't change working hours online if they will be closed early so me and my friend won't drive 40 minutes to get coffee from them she replied "every one else is open get your coffee there", shocking and rude, what is a problem with this picture? Hey don't worry Starbucks honor they hours, they are nice to clients. This is a reason why I change my review from 5 stars to 1, and yes you should be fired. Yes we won't be back, huh I know you just don't care.

We visit Gatlinburg at least once a year and we make sure to visit this coffee shop. They always have a great selection and good quality. I am always satisfied with my selection and leave happy. The reason I left 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the overall attitude of the employee. Every time they seem to be distant and not very friendly. Again, great coffee, but work on customer service.
