Yes, love this place!

Why coffee shop was closing at 9:30pm when is listed online 11:00pm Saturday, also your female employee with dark hair was totally rude after I asked why closing early, she replied " every one else is open get your coffee there... rude!

In the off season a lot of the stores will close early. Especially if it's been a slow day. Unfortunate that she was rude. For what it's worth, I've never had a problem there. Could have just been a bad day for her. Doesn't excuse it, just explains it.
